Sixty-five cats are safe after being rescued from a hoarding situation at a home in Green Bay.
The Green Bay Campus of the Wisconsin Humane Society is asking for donations to help care for the cats.
They need medical attention before they’ll be ready for adoption.
Shaina Allen is with the non-profit and hopes people will consider adopting or fostering a cat.
Officials say they were living in deplorable conditions and their owner was an animal hoarder.
Most of the cats are young adults and they appear to be Siamese mixes.
