Second Video Showing Justin Bieber Using the "N-Word" Emerges; Justin Wants to "Own What He Did"

Credit: Ben WattsJustin Bieber just finished apologizing for that notorious video that shows him, as a 15-year-old, telling a racist joke that features the "N-word."  Now, another video has emerged that shows him, at age 14, using the word again, but his camp apparently is OK with this one going public.

TMZ reports that Justin's team has informed them that they want the video to be made public because the singer wants to "own what he did."  In this case, what he's doing is singing his song "One Less Lonely Girl," but replacing the word "girl" with the "N-word."  According to Justin's team, Justin had seen a video online of a comedian parodying his song in that way, so he was parodying the parody, so to speak.

In addition, Justin's team tells TMZ that years ago, Justin told both his mentors, Usher and Will Smith, that the videos existed and admitted that he knew making them was a stupid thing to do.  At that point, TMZ says they were told that Usher showed Justin some truly racist videos to let him know "how hurtful these words can be."

Justin's team also reportedly confirms to TMZ reports that, over the years, the singer has been the victim of extortion attempts by various people who've threatened to release both this video and the first one unless they were paid off.  That's apparently another reason Justin's team wants this video to go public.

"Justin says he will not be shaken down anymore," TMZ says they were told. "He says he wants people to see the video and he wants to accept responsibility."

A source close to Bieber confirms to ABC News Radio that all of the information TMZ is reporting is accurate.
