Maroon 5 making up dates delayed for Dusty Rose's arrival

Last year, good news for Maroon 5's Adam Levine meant bad news for their fans: the band had to move many of their 2016 tour dates to 2017 because of the impending arrival of his daughter, Dusty Rose.  Last night was the first of those rescheduled shows, and Maroon 5 guitarist James Valentine says they felt really badly about having to do that in the first place. "We hate to do that, we hate to cancel or reschedule anything," James tells ABC Radio. "It's the worst thing you can do, because we really feel for the fans who've planned on…

Justin Timberlake: Current Oscar nominee, future Oscar host?

Justin Timberlake has appeared in an Oscar-winning movie, and he's nominated for an Oscar this year himself, in the category of Best Original Song, for "Can't Stop the Feeling!"  But would JT ever want to take the next step and host the Oscars one day?  Well, maybe...sorta...kinda. Justin seems tailor-made to be an Oscar host: he can do sketch comedy, he can sing and dance, he's got lots of celebrity pals he can recruit to help him out, and he's extremely well-liked and non-controversial.  So how about it, Justin?  Asked that very question during a live panel discussion with Variety…

NFL declares Lady Gaga's Super Bowl halftime show the most-watched musical event of all time...of all time!

After Lady Gaga performed at the Super Bowl earlier this month, the ratings showed that it was the second most-watched halftime show ever, just behind Katy Perry's 2015 show.  But now, the NFL is claiming that in fact, Gaga's show was the most-watched musical event OF ALL TIME. How can that be?  Well, if you count how many people watched it on all the platforms on which it was available, the numbers add up.  While close to 118 million viewers caught Gaga on TV, they also watched on NFL's digital platforms, including Twitter, You Tube, NFL.com and NFL Mobile.  According…

Victoria's Secret Angel falls from the sky in new Chainsmokers video for "Paris"

Fresh off their Grammy win for Best Dance Recording last weekend, The Chainsmokers have released the official video for their latest hit, "Paris," and like the lyric video, it contains no imagery or references to Paris.  What it does have, though, is a Taylor Swift squad member as its star. In the video, Victoria's Secret Angel Martha Hunt, one of Taylor's pals, plays a woman in a stately looking but abandoned house, who's lying on a bed and staring into space.  The Chainsmokers -- including Drew Taggart, who sings lead on the song -- are then seen standing in a…
