A Minnesota judge has just approve the sale of reportedly more than 20 million dollars' worth of properties that were owned by Prince. According to Minneapolis Star Tribune, Bremer Trust -- which is temporarily in charge of the late pop and funk legend's affairs -- was given the go ahead to liquidate assets including homes, vacant lots, and a small commercial building, most of which are located in and around Prince's home town of Chanhassen, Minnesota.  One of the properties is located in the Turks and Caicos islands.
