Adele visits firefighters who helped battle deadly London blaze

Adele is a Londoner through and through, which means she couldn't sit on the sidelines after at least 79 people perished in the deadly fire that consumed Grenfell Tower in the U.K. capital last week.  After visiting the site of the fire and helping to comfort those affected, she's now shown her appreciation for the firefighters who battled the blaze. On Monday, Adele stopped by the Chelsea Fire Station to meet London's bravest, but her low-key visit was made public by one of the firefighters, Rob Petty, who posted photos on Facebook. A makeup-free Adele, wearing an off-the-shoulder summer dress,…

Lorde apologizes for "really insensitive" "autoimmune disease" analogy; album headed for #1

Fans were disappointed when Lorde was quoted as saying that being friends with Taylor Swift was like having a friend with "specific allergies" or an "autoimmune disease."  Now, the singer has apologized for that analogy. Lorde was attempting to explain that her relationship with Taylor had certain restrictions on it because she's so famous: she can't go places and do things that normal people do.  But describing it as like "having a friend with autoimmune disease" offended some people.  Twitter user Stephanie Marie, editor of the Australian site SBS Sexuality, tweeted, "I wonder how @selenagomez feels about this. What an incredibly…

ZAYN X VERSUS, the new capsule collection that Zayn Malik has designed for Versace, is now available online, and will arrive in stores June 28.  Zayn says he's especially thrilled to have done this, because as a kid, he could only afford fake Versace designer clothing. "When I was a kid growing up in Bradford, England, wearing knock-off Versace, I never thought that one day I would actually be designing my own collection," Zayn says in a statement. "Thanks so much to Donatella Versace for allowing me to do the coolest thing ever." Donatella, the Artistic Director for Versus, says,…

Dr. Jen Ashton weighs in on Beyonce's reported twin deliveries, new responsibilities and "bounce back" timeline

Despite widespread reports, Neither Beyonce nor Jay Z have yet confirmed, at least not publicly, that they're the parents of newborn twins.  Assuming they are, ABC News Chief Woman's Health Correspondent Dr. Jen Ashton says the real challenge for the thirty-five year-old mother is learning how to be patient, and accept that there is no set timeline on when she will be able to "bounce back." Dr. Ashton, who has successfully delivered more than 1,500 newborns -- including many that were twins, says the Carters' delivery room was undoubtedly well-prepared for the twins' birth, with "literally two of everyone." "There…

"Call Me" five: Carly Rae Jepsen's signature hit marks fifth anniversary

It's hard to believe that we ever lived in a world where "Call Me Maybe" didn't exist, but it was five years ago this week that Carly Rae Jepsen's signature hit began what would be a nine-week stint on top of the Billboard Hot 100. The song, which eventually became 2012's Song of the Summer, turned into a hit thanks to Justin Bieber.  He and his manager Scooter Braun arranged for Carly Rae -- a former Canadian Idol contestant -- to get a U.S. record deal.  Why?  Because he happened to go back home to Canada, heard "Call Me Maybe"…

Justin Bieber snags yet another "Billboard" chart record

Can you "Belieb" that Justin has set yet another Billboard record? Luis Fonsi's "Despacito," featuring Justin Bieber, and DJ Khaled's "I'm the One," also featuring Justin Bieber, are the two best-selling digital songs of the week, according to Billboard. The number three best-selling digital song is David Guetta's "2U," which -- you guessed it --  also features Justin. That makes Justin the first artist ever to rank number 1, 2 and 3 on the Digital Song Sales chart simultaneously. Not only that, but "Despacito" is #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for a sixth week.  That's twice as long as…

Lorde says relationship with Taylor Swift is like having a sick friend

While it is pretty sick that Lorde and Taylor Swift are BFFs, Lorde says actually being friends with Taylor is like having a pal who is sick -- physically. Speaking to the U.K. paper The Guardian, Lorde says maintaining a friendship with Taylor is difficult because she's so famous that it's hard for them to go out together in public.  "It’s like having a friend with very specific allergies. There are certain places you can’t go together. Certain things you can’t do," she explains. "There are these different sets of considerations within the friendship," she adds. "It’s like having a…
