Adam Levine's abilities as a singer include doing musical impersonations. Levine and the rest of Maroon 5 visited NBC's Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Tuesday to promote the band's new album, V. Bastille to Perform on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," "Today" Show

Bastille is back in action.  The British band who brought you "Pompeii" will perform September 18 on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live, and on NBC's Today show October 6. As previously reported, the band's fall headlining tour, dubbed Bad Blood: The Last Stand tour, opens October 7 in Philadelphia, wrapping November 20 in Los Angeles.  Bastille has basically been touring non-stop since the release of their debut album Bad Blood.  "Pompeii" has now been certified four four million downloads. The band's latest single, "Flaws," is currently climbing the charts. TBS Cancels Cee Lo Green's 'The Good Life'

Cee Lo Green's unscripted TBS series, The Good Life, has been cancelled after one season. Sources tell The Hollywood Reporter that the network decided to axe the show for failing to attract big ratings -- the series reportedly averaged 677,000 viewers during its six-episode run. Rare, Early Katy Perry Footage Posted Online

Some rare footage of Katy Perry when she was performing as an aspiring young Christian rock singer has been posted online. Videographer Jim Standridge stumbled upon 90 minutes of footage he shot of Perry in 2001 when she was about 16 years old and on her first tour. At that time, she went by the name Katy Hudson. Standridge edited the footage down to 13 minutes and uploaded it to Vimeo.  The footage features Perry performing in Portland, Oregon, putting her hair in pigtails, referring to herself as "pizza face" and fretting about having writer's block. Maroon 5 Guitarist Explains How to Pronounce Their New Album's Title

Chris Brown Due Back in D.C. Court Today; Plea Deal Imminent?

Chris Brown’s got another date in a D.C. courtroom today.  The singer is scheduled to appear there to reportedly enter a plea deal in his misdemeanor assault case. The Washington Post reports Brown, 25, and his attorneys will respond in Superior Court to a plea deal today in the nearly 11-month-old case that began last October, when Brown and his bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, were accused of assaulting a man outside of a Washington, D.C. hotel when he tried to take Brown’s picture.  Hollosy was found guilty of assault last April, and will be sentenced in November.
