Lorde impersonator fools fans in New Zealand, Lorde calls it "deeply fake news"

Fans in Auckland, New Zealand who thought their local celebrity Lorde had dropped by a low-key dance party Monday night were disappointed to hear they'd been fooled by an imposter. According to the New Zealand Herald, the dance party bills itself as "a weekly hour of dance freedom in total darkness."  The "total darkness" part is the key: fans were told that there was to be a "special guest," but evidently, the person -- who performed Lorde's "Green Light" -- was heard but not seen. Still, she was convincing enough for several fans to tweet their thanks to Lorde for…

Fifth Harmony's Normani Kordei is shaping up to be one of the breakouts of this season of ABC's Dancing with the Stars.  Monday night, she tied for the highest score of the night with football star Rashad Jennings -- nabbing a 32 out of 40 -- but she was also singled out by judge Carrie Ann Inaba for the amazing cha cha she did with partner Val Chmerkovskiy. "That was truly dancing with a star!" raved Inaba. "Your star quality came out...I'm like, "She's a superstar!" Inaba went on to call Normani "dazzling" and well as "strong, powerful and sexy." …

Woman jailed for eight weeks for playing Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You” on repeat

Should liking Ed Sheeran too much be a crime? A woman in the U.K. has been jailed after playing Ed’s #1 hit “Shape of You” on repeat at top volume. According to ITV, Sonia Bryce landed in court after driving her neighbors crazy by playing the tune on a loop for a half hour.It apparently wasn’t the first time Bryce had caused problems in her neighborhood either. The bit centers on a girl named Sara -- played by Fallon -- who hosts a show on Teen Nick called "Ew." Sara is generally unimpressed with everything and if she doesn’t like something says “Ew” in a disparaging way. Demi appears as Sara's BFF Emily Livingston, who drops by on her way home from shopping for a dress to wear to their school's spring fling. "I'm so glad we're going together," says Sara, "Who needs boys anyway."…
