Jennifer Lopez Will Debut New Single, “Ain’t Your Mama,” on "American Idol" Finale

Ahead of American Idol’s big finale week, Jennifer Lopez has announced her new single. The singer/actress/Idol judge revealed on Facebook Live that the song is titled “Ain’t Your Mama.” J-Lo teased a snippet of it, which has her singing, “I ain’t gonna cook all day/I ain’t your mama/I ain’t gonna do your laundry/I ain’t your mama.” Jennifer will debut the tune during American Idol’s series finale Thursday, April 7. After her sound glitch-y Grammys performance of “All I Ask” earlier this year, Adele faced another technical difficulty while singing the same song during her Birmingham, England show over the weekend.
