How many of your friends swore they'd move to Canada if Donald Trump was elected president? As it turns out, quite a few of Alessia Cara's American friends have asked if they can move in with her -- which is why the teen singer says she's never felt "luckier" to be Canadian. Alessia tells Newsweek  that "everybody" has been asking her about moving in. "I heard the Canadian immigration website crashed. It’s crazy," she says. "I’ve never felt happier, or luckier, to be a Canadian. Of course I care about America’s fate, and it affects my country, too, but at the…

Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift haven't been around that long, but they've both managed to rack up an amazing 69 hits on the Billboard Hot 100.  That puts both women second only to the Queen -- the Queen of Soul, that is -- among female hitmakers. Both trail behind the legendary Aretha Franklin, who ranks as the top female on the list, with 73 chart hits.   But Nicki and Taylor have managed get ahead of many noted female superstars: for example, Madonna and Rihanna both have "only" 57 Hot 100 hits. Beyoncé has 53, and Mariah Carey has 47.  Minaj's guest vocals on boyfriend Meek Mill's song, "Froze," is the song that…
