Ed Sheeran injured in bike accident, says upcoming shows may be impacted

Looks like Ed Sheeran is on the DL. He posted a photo of himself on Instagram with one arm in a cast and the other in a sling. He wrote, "I've had a bit of a bicycle accident and I’m currently waiting on some medical advice, which may affect some of my upcoming shows. Please stay tuned for further news. Ed x." Nelly's accuser won't testify, believes "the system is going to fail her"; his attorney wants a public apology

The woman who accused Nelly of rape last weekend is refusing to testify against the rapper, according to a letter posted on her lawyer's website. In the letter, the woman's lawyer, Karen Koehler, says that the woman, who she describes as a 21-year-old college student, has told the Auburn, WA Police Department and the King County Prosecutor's office to "put a halt to the criminal investigation of Cornell Haynes, Jr. (aka Nelly)" and that "she will not testify further in a criminal proceeding against him." Sam Smith won't perform in Australia until January, but he's already donated part of the profits from his concert Down Under to a cause he feels strongly about: marriage equality.
