Maroon 5: "We Don't Really Care If Fans Pay for Our Music"

When your favorite band puts out a greatest hits record, it's annoying to be expected to purchase the same songs you already have again, right?  Well, Maroon 5 feels your pain: not only do they plan on charging less for their future best-of, but they think it's cool if fans decide not to pay for any of their music, period. Speaking to the U.K. website Digital Spy, Adam Levine says, "If our next record is a Greatest Hits record, we may write a few original songs and put them on there, and maybe we'll only charge what it would cost…

"The Voice" Recap: All Four Coaches Turn Around for Blind Singer

NBC's The Voice entered its second week of blind auditions on Monday night. Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams continued to battle for artists to add to their respective teams. Here are the highlights of the two-hour episode: John Martin, 25, drives a forklift in a warehouse -- not your typical occupation for an artist on this show. He sang Amos Lee's "Sweet Pea," convincing Blake, Gwen and Pharrell to turn around. Blake enjoyed his laid-back approach. Gwen described John's voice as "delicious" and "creamy." Adam begrudgingly admitted that Blake might be the right fit for John.…

On her breakout hit "Habits (Stay High)," Swedish singer Tove Lo sings about indulging in all kinds of terrible things to keep her mind off her ex, like going to sex clubs and getting drunk.  But in real life, the singer says she's got a few bad habits of her own. Speaking to Billboard, Tove, whose birth name is Tove Nilsson, cops to sleeping in her bathtub when she comes home drunk. "I sometimes fall asleep, which is bad," she reveals. "But I always wake up when the water hits my face." Another bad habit of hers, she says, is…

Adam Levine's a Creepy Crazed Stalker in New "Animals" Video

Adam Levine is stalking his own wife in Maroon 5's new video for their single "Animals." In the clip, Adam is a nerdy-looking dude who obsessively takes photos of a beautiful woman, played by Adam's real-life wife Behati Prinsloo.   When he's not poring over the photos, he's hanging out -- literally -- in a meat locker stocked with big, bloody sides of beef, and smearing his naked torso with cow blood.  At one point, Behati's seen sleeping -- in skimpy lingerie, of course -- and is oblivious to the fact that Adam is sitting on a chair right next to…

Lady Gaga Gushes Over Kelly Clarkson's Fashionable Baby

After Kelly Clarkson posted a photo of her baby daughter River Rose on Twitter and compared her to Lady Gaga, the real Lady Gaga chimed in with some kind words about the infant. Kelly posted a photo of River in her baby carrier, wearing pink flowered sunglasses, a pink onesie, and a multi-colored white bib that flared out around her neck.  "Watch out Lady Gaga!! River Rose is on the scene!!" she captioned the photo. That caused Lady Gaga to reply, "oh my miss River Rose is givin' me a run for my money!! Look at those shoulders, like Grace…

Taylor Swift's management company is the target of a lawsuit from a company that claims it arranged for Taylor to be driven around New York City this past summer...but then had its contract canceled after being hit with complaints that her alleged demands weren't being met. The New York Post reports that in its complaint, APG Security claims that it was hired as a contractor by Firefly Entertainment, Taylor's management company, to arrange for cars and drivers to ferry Taylor and her entourage around Manhattan in June.  But a month into the job, Firefly's director of security told APG that…

Nicki Minaj Instagram Selfie Bares a Little More than Usual

Nicki Minaj is known for posting sexy pictures on social media, but she, perhaps inadvertently, gave followers more than she meant to when she revealed a slight peak of her unmentionables in a selfie. The rapper posted an Instagram picture of herself wearing a black bob wig and a lacy black bra that showed off her breasts, which slightly exposed her nipple. Fans quickly pointed out her wardrobe malfunction.  One commenter wrote,"We’re not looking at the wig," while another called out her intentions: "SERIOSLY NICKI u know what u was doing." Meanwhile, Nicki teased that she was on set of an undisclosed…

Think "Don't" Was Bad? Ed Sheeran Says He's Written "40 Songs" About Something Even Worse

Ed Sheeran's current hit, "Don't," was inspired by a true story: he caught his girlfriend cheating on him with a friend while they were all staying in the same hotel.  But Ed says if you think that story's messed up, just wait: he's written tons of songs about an even worse situation. Speaking to the Sunday Times of London, Ed says of "Don't," “That song’s a weird one, because I don’t feel that way any more. I felt like that for about a week, then I moved on." Referring to the fact that he's never actually confirmed who inspired "Don't"…

Beyoncé Joins Jay Z for Two Songs at Global Citizen Festival

Just weeks after wrapping up their joint On the Run Tour, Jay Z and Beyoncé shared a stage again on Saturday night, at the Global Citizen Festival in New York City. Jay Z headlined the event at Central Park. His wife showed up at the end of his set for two songs: "Holy Grail" and "Young Forever." Appropriately, given the site of the festival, Jay opened his 45-minute set with "Empire State of Mind." Alicia Keys was not on hand to deliver her lines in the song, even though she performed her new single, "We Are Here," earlier in the…
