Iggy Azalea says she lost 15 pounds from twerking

Did Iggy Azalea discover the latest workout craze? The rapper tells New Zealand radio station Nova 96.9 that she lost 15 pounds from twerking. Iggy explains that before her twerk-tastic music video shoot for “Mo Bounce,” she rehearsed the dance moves like crazy.“It's a lot -- I went on a meal plan before the video because I knew I would have to be dancing fairly skimpily dressed," she says. "I did a lot of rehearsals actually, and man! I lost 15 pounds in a week dancing to that song!" She also admits that she had a twerking trainer who helped…

Listen now: Harry Styles releases "Sign of the Times"

Happy Friday -- and to kick off your weekend, we've got "Sign of the Times," the first solo single from Harry Styles. The song is most definitely a ballad -- in fact, it doesn't sound all that far from a 1970s classic rock power ballad, with a little Elton John and a few other classic bands thrown in. Harry promised on March 31 to release "Sign of the Times" today.  He's now the fourth member of One Direction to release solo material, following Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson.  The fifth member of the original group, Liam Payne, just…

Harry Styles news: His Prince connection and his dating status

When Harry Styles announced that the title of his debut solo single would be "Sign of the Times," he did it on the same day as the 30th anniversary of the release of Prince's legendary album, Sign O' The Times. While that album's title track and Harry's song aren't the same, some have questioned Harry's use of the title. But one of Prince's duet partners says the late icon wouldn't mind at all. Scottish pop star Sheena Easton sang with Prince on the #2 pop hit "U Got the Look," the biggest hit from the Sign O' the Times album. …

Watch now: John Mayer's turning Japanese in new video for "Still Feel Like Your Man"

John Mayer's turning Japanese -- and channeling Kung Fu Panda, too -- in the new video for his song "Still Feel Like Your Man." In the moody-looking clip, John enters a room filled with geishas of various races waving fans, while other people dance around.  A furious-looking Asian man sits in a chair in the center of it all, and behind him, on what looks like a shelf covered by a see-through screen, is a seated woman wearing a veil decorated with butterflies. Images of the woman continue to flash as John sings about missing an ex, whom he recently…

Demi Lovato joins James Corden for Divas Then/Divas Now Riff-Off

Demi Lovato was a guest on The Late Late Show with James Corden Wednesday night. Divas back then were just better than divas are today.” Suddenly, Lovato appeared from the side of the stage and she and Corden went back and forth about divas today and the divas of yesterday. Finally, the multi-platinum artist said, “Well, OK, if you think divas…

Taylor Swift's "Wildest Dreams" come true: her home's officially designated a landmark

Taylor Swift's home is now officially a historical landmark...and not because she lives in it. On Tuesday, the Beverly Hills City Council approved the singer's request to designate her mansion, which she purchased in 2015, as a historical city landmark. The 11,000 square foot home is known as the Samuel Goldwyn Estate, because it was owed by famed Hollywood producer Samuel Goldwyn, the co-founder of the studio which eventually became MGM.  Travel + Leisure reports that Taylor paid $25 million for the home, which was built in 1934. Back in the day, stars like Marlene Dietrich, Charlie Chaplin and Clark…
