Justin Timberlake Dresses Like a Lime in New Tequila Ad

Just in time for Cinco de Mayo, Justin Timberlake is starring as a down-on-his-luck lime in a bizarre ad to promote his tequila brand. He plays Rick "Sour" Vane, a lime who’s been put out of business by Sauza 901 -- a tequila with the tagline, "No limes needed." In the mockumentary-style clip, Rick reminisces about an era when limes were the “rock stars” of bar condiments. “It was like you couldn’t drink tequila without one of us,” he says. “When we walked into the club, it was like everything was in slow motion. Literally. It was like we were…

Taylor Swift Posts Rhyming Text Convo with Ed Sheeran

Ever wondered what Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran’s text conversations are like? Turns out, they’re a lot like song lyrics. Taylor posted a snippet of an adorable late-night text convo with Ed on Instagram today, and it contains quite a bit of rhyming. “Go to sleep, I’ll talk to you soon,” Taylor writes. To which Ed responds, “In a bizzle, swizzle.” Taylor shoots back: “Like you said, Ed.” And Ed types, “That’s okay, Tay,” before he jokingly concludes, “You’d think for multi platinum lyricists we’d do better.” Taylor is currently in Japan, where she’ll kick off her 1989 World Tour…

Pharrell Williams & Robin Thicke Request a New Trial in "Blurred Lines" Case

The “Blurred Lines” court battle continues. Attorneys for Pharrell Williams and Robin Thicke have petitioned a judge to grant them a new trial in the “Blurred Lines” copyright infringement case, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The motion was filed Friday, with lawyers claiming a do-over is necessary because of errors in jury instructions, improper testimony from a musicologist, and insufficient evidence to support a finding that “Blurred Lines” is truly similar to Marvin Gaye’s 1977 hit, “Got to Give It Up.” In March, a Los Angeles jury ruled in favor of the Gaye family and awarded them more than 7.3…

Taylor Swift: Non-Crazy Cat Lady

Taylor Swift is one of the biggest stars in the world, but she's turned her two cats, Olivia Benson and Meredith, into stars as well.  In fact, Taylor may have single-handedly made the "crazy cat lady" insult so frequently hurled at feline-loving single women irrelevant. Olivia and Meredith are so closely associated with Taylor that last week, the fact that deejay Calvin Harris posted a photo of them on Instagram was taken as proof that he and Taylor are dating.  When she posted a video of her cats' meowing waking her up at 6am, it made headlines worldwide, as did…
