Wanna feel old? Today marks the 20th anniversary of the start of 'NSYNC. At least, that's according to member Lance Bass, who commemorated the milestone on Twitter Thursday.
"20 years ago today I met some of the coolest dudes on the planet! Wow how time flies! Happy 20th #NSYNC!!" he writes.
He also posted a happy photo of the fivesome.
While the boy band never officially broke up, they went on a permanent hiatus in 2002. Since then, Justin Timberlake became a solo superstar, Lance and Joey Fatone both competed on Dancing with the Stars, and JC Chasez served as…
Sam Smith has been eating a healthier diet lately. But after a night of partying in Rio de Janeiro recently, all he wanted was some McDonald’s.
In a video obtained by TMZ, Sam encounters a group of Brazilian fans while on a mission for fast food. Much to his dismay, they inform him the nearby McDonald’s is closed for the night. Sam is noticeably bummed and exclaims, “I need food!” But he does stop to take some photos with the fans.
Sam was in the Brazilian city to perform at the Rock in Rio concert this weekend.

Ed Sheeran keeps adding to his ever-growing list of songwriting credits. In a new interview with Australia’s Sunrise morning show, Justin Bieber revealed that Ed wrote a track for the Biebs’ upcoming album. Justin said he’s a “big fan” of Ed’s, but wouldn’t give any more details about the tune.
Justin later told New Zealand radio show The Edge he'll reveal the name of his album “within the next couple of weeks.” He confirmed it’s a one-word title.
Ed has written, or co-written, songs for many of today’s biggest pop acts, including Justin’s album release day rivals One Direction, as…

Selena Gomez managed to turn negative comments from body shamers into something positive. The singer tells Flare magazine the criticism about her weight actually inspired her latest album.
“The album title came out of a moment I had in Mexico,” she says. “I had taken a few of the producers there because I wanted to remove everybody from their environment in L.A. While we were away, I was getting criticized [by the media] because I had gained weight. I was really bummed when I found out all that stuff was going on, and that’s when I was like, ‘I’m so…
September is over, and that means the deadline for Grammy Awards eligibility has passed. If an artist released a song or album between October 1, 2014 and September 30, 2015, it's eligible for consideration. So who are some of the likely candidates? Well, some are pretty obvious.
The music industry website HitsDailyDouble predicts that for Album of the Year, there are three discs that seem obvious: Taylor Swift's 1989, The Weeknd's Beauty Behind the Madness, and rapper Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp a Butterfly. One of the remaining two slots could be taken by a country album such as Sam Hunt's…
Fall Out Boy kicks off their overseas tour tonight in Dublin, Ireland, and bass player Pete Wentz says this time around, they're actually going to give their fans overseas the same concert experience that their fans in the U.S. got to have earlier this year with their Boys of Zummer tour.
"I think we’re going to try our best to make it a continuation of the theme we had going for this tour," Wentz tells ABC Radio. "I think it’s important when you create an art piece to kind of take it out into the world as a whole...sometimes I…
A TV project Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine was set to produce for NBC has fallen through.
Deadline reports NBC has decided not to move forward with The 1970s, described as a limited drama series. Apparently, the project may have become too expensive for the network.
The 1970s would have focused on the real-life battle between independent music companies and big corporations in that decade, and featured contemporary artists performing classic songs from the '70s.
Producers may shop the project to other networks, according to Deadline.
Adam still has a relationship with NBC, of course, as a coach on The…

Nick Jonas has created a successful post-Jonas Brothers solo career for himself, but just a couple of years ago he thought he might be all washed up. In the latest episode of the new Live Nation TV docuseries Business as Usual, Nick opens up about his fears of being a has-been at the age of 21.
“At 21 to feel kind of like washed up is a horrible feeling,” he says in the half-hour episode, which is available now on YouTube. “But it’s probably a question a lot of 22-year-olds coming out of college ask themselves: ‘What am I doing…
When Selena Gomez was making her latest album Revival, she left her cares at the door. The singer tells Time magazine that recording her first album since breaking away from her Disney-owned label was a liberating experience.
“This record is me feeling like I can breathe,” she says. “I just don’t care anymore. Working with Disney, I had a certain amount of my respect for my image. And I do still -- everything I want to do has such a quality to it. I just don’t care about the noise anymore. It drives me crazy.”
That “noise” includes media scrutiny…
