Rob Thomas and the guys have teamed up with SwivelVR to create what's being billed as the first "fan-controlled virtual reality experience ever." The unique event will take place on October 4 at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado.
Fans will be able to virtually "attend" the Denver Matchbox Twenty concert by using the SwivelVR app. Unlike other VR experiences, this app allows you to change your point of view with a hands-free menu.

The couple revealed the news in an Instagram post designed to appear like one of those trendy "gender reveal" videos. Instead, it was a cleverly disguised concert announcement.

The song, co-written by Jack Antonoff, is an ode to a destructive love. Pink teased its release Wednesday, explaining why the song is so meaningful to her.
