In Powerful "Fresh Eyes" Video, Andy Grammer Wanted the Homeless to "Feel Seen"

Andy Grammer's video for his latest hit, "Fresh Eyes," is a powerful commentary on homelessness in America.  It shows him and his team visiting the Union Rescue Mission in L.A., spending time with residents and giving them new clothes, haircuts and other necessities.  But says Andy: don't use the word "makeover." "Makeover sounds cheesy...we gave people what they needed," Andy tells ABC Radio. "They have nothing, so you give somebody a jean jacket...a good shave, a solid haircut and...as far as the ladies...you put a little makeup on them and make them feel good." As a street musician, Andy spent…

Lady Gaga and Mark Ronson Unite Against "Perfect Illusion" Haters

"Perfect Illusion," the first single from Lady Gaga's new album Joanne, seems to be pretty polarizing.  Her fans love it, but other artists...not so much.  But Gaga and her collaborator on the single, Mark Ronson, aren't taking the criticism lying down. First, Alex Pall of The Chainsmokers said in Rolling Stone that "Perfect Illusion" "sucks."  Gaga responded by releasing her new single "A-YO," and then tweeting at The Chainsmokers, saying, "maybe u guys'll like this 1 better."  The band, duly chastised, responded, "Haha @ladygaga RESPECT," and adding a high-five emoji. Then, Patrick Carney of the alt-rock band The Black Keys…

Andy Grammer's New Video Will Help You Look at the Homeless with "Fresh Eyes"

Andy Grammer's latest hit, "Fresh Eyes," is about looking at the one you love in a different light, and falling in love with them all over again.  But when it came time to make the song's video, Andy wanted to focus on looking at an entire group of people in a different light: the homeless. In the video, Andy and his team are seen visiting the Union Rescue Mission in downtown L.A. and spending time with the homeless residents there, listening to their stories.  They're also shown providing the residents with haircuts, shaves, makeovers and new clothes, as well as some…

Bruno Mars' new single "24K Magic" just debuted at #5 on the Billboard Hot 100, but he's now got something better than 24-karat gold: a diamond.  Diamond certification, that is. "Uptown Funk," Bruno's collaboration with Mark Ronson, has just been certified Diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America for sales of more than 10 million copies.  In fact, it's sold more than 12 million downloads.  That makes it one of only five songs that have sold 11 million copies or more in the entire history of the Gold & & Platinum program, which dates back to 1958.  Mark and…

It’s no coincidence Bruno’s performance will come just two days after his new album, 24K Magic, is scheduled for release.  The title track debuted this week at number five on the Billboard Hot 100 following his performance last weekend…

It's the ultimate Justin Bieber souvenir: a used milk glass with his spit on it.  This particular item is currently for sale on eBay's British site, where it's attracted a high bid of just over 80 thousand dollars. Justin is currently on tour in the U.K. and a few days ago, he stopped into the Kings Oak Hotel in Essex for dinner.  According to numerous reports, he ordered salmon, mashed potatoes and a glass of milk.
