Jay Z's Roc Nation Sues Rita Ora for Breach of Contract

Jay Z's Roc Nation is countersuing Rita Ora in response to a a lawsuit the singer filed a little over a month ago seeking a split from the entertainment company, according to legal documents obtained by Rolling Stone magazine. The singer, 25, had claimed that since signing to the hip-hop mogul's company when she was 18 years old, the record label had "orphaned" her as the rapper turned his attention elsewhere.
