Beverly Hills Police investigating Harvey Weinstein, James Toback

(LOS ANGELES) -- While both Hollywood figures have denied any non-consensual sexual allegations following after a spate of complaints about them, both Harvey Weinstein and James Toback are being investigated by the Beverly Hills Police Department.  ABC News has learned investigators say they're running down "multiple" complaints against both men, but the department won't give any further details.  Allegations against Weinstein are also being investigated abroad by London's Metropolitan police, as well as the Los Angeles Police Department and the New York Police Department closer to home. Dave “Letterman” Grohl guest hosts and Alice Cooper rocks Halloween on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"

Netflix suspends "House of Cards" final season production

Producers Guild bans Harvey Weinstein for life

(LOS ANGELES) -- The Producers Guild of America has made it official -- the organization has banned disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein from PGA membership for life. Earlier this month the organization, which represents film and TV producers, moved to boot Weinstein from the organization, a process that allows members 15 days to respond.
