News » Fund created for two victims of van crash
Mar. 31, 2010 A new fund will help two area men who are still in the hospital after a weekend crash near St. Louis.
22-year-old Tom Kesler of Menasha and 23-year-old Jacob Kramer of Sherwood suffered serious injuries in the accident. Seven people were in a van, coming home from a spring break trip to Texas.
Max Kaminsky of Kimberly was driving, and he says Kramer and Kesler are doing better, but their families are taking time off of work to be in St. Louis. He says donations will help cover all of their costs.
The fund is set up through the Fox Communities Credit Union, and people can make a donation at any location. They should label it "Spring Break Accident" if they send something in the mail.
23-year-old Brad Nudelbacher of Appleton died in the accident. Kaminsky says they expect to set up a memorial fund in his honor, in the future.
The seven men were part of a larger group of friends from the area. 22-year-old Jordan Nowak of Appleton says they didn't lose touch with each other, even though they went separate ways after high school.
Six of the seven graduated from Kimberly high school in 2005. Kesler graduated from St. Mary's Central. |
