News » More construction coming to Hwy. 41
June 30, 2010 Expect more overnight backups on Highway 41 in Winnebago County.
Crews are starting work this week on temporary lanes between Neenah and Oshkosh. DOT spokesman Kris Schuller says they're building the lanes to reroute traffic when the highway is expanded from four to six lanes. He says there will be some overnight lane closures.
Schuller says the temporary lanes won't be finished until sometime this fall. The expansion work won't start until next year.
The new project affects about eight miles of Highway 41. |
