In Appleton, the deputy public works director says the streets are looking pretty good right now.
Last night, Nate Loper says a number of them were flooded by the torrential rains.
Loper says there's a lot of water running in and out of the stormwater ponds today, and that's exactly how they're designed to work.
He says last night, they had crews out and about, putting some manhole covers back in place after they were blown off by the water pressure. |
