An Outagamie County judge threw out a routine defense motion from the man accused of having sexual contact with a teenage girl outside of the Fox River Mall.
The attorney for Jamie Sames was asking Judge John Des Jardins to dismiss the case yesterday. Sames is charged with sexual assault and child enticement for the incident last March.
The judge also approved an agreement between attorneys that the statements Sames initially made to investigators could be used at his trial.
Court records say Sames posed as a police officer and took the girl behind a dumpster after accusing her of shoplifting. |
