News » Outagamie Co. Fair under way in Seymour
July 28, 2010 There is a lot of sun in the forecast the rest of the week, and Outagamie County Fair organizers hope that leads to big attendance numbers.
Fair Manager Rick Pruski says they also have a lot of entertainment planned. He says tonight they'll have the "catch a pig" contest, and tomorrow night country music artists Jake Owen and Chris Young will take the stage.
Pruski says a Pink Floyd tribute band is performing on Friday night, and on Saturday they'll hold the annual "Country vs. Rock" concert.
Pruski says there will also be a lot of animal exhibits, carnival games, and good food.
The Outagamie County Fair runs through Sunday. It costs $5 to get in, children under 12 years old are free. |
