Four days before the state's Republican presidential primary, the current frontrunner made a stop in Appleton.
Mitt Romney spoke at Lawrence University, telling a crowd of about 400 he wants to return the country to a free-enterprise nation. He says President Obama is transforming it into a government-center society.
Romney says the president's economic policies were "a bust." He says the President Obama didn't cause the recession, but he didn't lead the recovery.
Romney spoke for nearly 25 minutes at Stansbury Theater. |
