The third defendant in the deer thrill-kill case in Waupaca County entered no contest pleas today.
26-year-old Robby Kuenzi and two others were charged with running down deer with their snowmobiles three years ago. Kuenzi was convicted of three felony counts of mistreating animals, and three DNR violations. He'll be sentenced next month.
His brother, Rory, and Nicholas Hermes have already been sentenced. |
