Workers for a Green Bay-based trucking company are trying to minimize the impact of a tornado that swept through an operating center in Dallas, Texas yesterday.
Video of the twister tossing the Schneider National tractors and trailers into the air is making the rounds on national TV, and spokeswoman Janet Bonkowski says it's a miracle that no one was hurt. She says about 100 tractors or trailers were damaged.
Bonkowski says workers are re-routing drivers, and transferring freight to other trucks. She says the impact to their operations should only be minimal.
Bonkowski says there isn't any damage to the buildings at the operating center. |
