News » DNR holding annual hearings tonight
Apr. 9, 2012 The DNR is holding its annual spring hearings tonight, in every county in the state.
Spokeswoman Kari Lee-Zimmerman says some of the topics will include when hunters can use crossbows, if there should be a sandhill crane hunting season, and if there should be a 25 mile-per-hour speed limit on frozen lakes.
The meeting in Calumet County will be at the courthouse in Chilton. Brown County's meeting is at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. The Outagamie County meeting will be at Riverview middle school in Kaukauna, and the Winnebago County meeting is at Oshkosh's Webster Stanley middle school.
All of the meetings start at 7 p.m. |
