A 19-year-old woman is going to prison for six years, after she drove drunk and killed a 60-year-old woman at last summer's Brat Days festival in Sheboygan.
Kayla Bower actually hit three people, and she entered no contest pleas to three felony charges in January.
60-year-old Barbara Janke of Sheboygan died after the crash. |
