Today is the start of the fifth annual Fox Cities Book Festival.
President Jeff Kuepper says they're holding nearly 90 events, with over 80 authors.
Kuepper says hopefully people who haven't participated in the past will give it a try this year. He says the event also promotes the importance of literacy and the impact that has on a person's life.
The festival runs through April 18. A complete list of events is available at all the public libraries in the Fox Valley, or on the Fox Cities Book Festival website.
