The upcoming recall election will be a referendum on big  government. That's what Governor Walker told a crowd at the National Rifle Association convention in St. Louis yesterday.
He was there to receive an award for signing the concealed carry and castle doctrine laws.
The governor says the outcome will send a message to statehouses across the country, and to Washington.
Before and after his speech, Walker received long standing ovations. |
