The state's moratorium on power shut-offs is over, and a spokesman for the public service commission says people need to call their utility company, if they're behind on their bills.
Matthew Pagel says the moratorium ended yesterday.
If people can't reach a deal with their utility, Pagel says they can call the PSC.
The moratorium starts in November. |
