There's a new city council president in Appleton.
Members picked Ald. Christopher Croatt for the leadership position last night. He says he wants to make changes to the role, to take it to another level, and he's looking forward to working with other council members on that.
The council also has a new member. Members picked Patti Coenen for the vacant 11th district seat. She's a downtown business owner, and she lives in the Old Third Ward.
Winnebago County board member Susan Locke also applied for the seat. |
