A former New Holstein school superintendent isn't going to spend any extra time behind bars for possessing child pornography.
59-year-old Christopher Nelson is already serving a five-year sentence, for trying to meet a teenage boy at a Milwaukee hotel. The boy was actually an undercover officer.
Fond du Lac County Judge Gary Sharpe yesterday sentenced Nelson to a separate five-year term for the child pornography, but it will run at the same time as the other one.
Calumet County authorities found the pornography in Nelson's office, after his arrest in Milwaukee in June of 2010. He was in the Milwaukee area for an education conference. |
