Appleton police say a middle-age white man robbed a  downtown gas station at knifepoint last night.
Sgt. Pat DeWall says they developed a description of the suspect, using surveillance video. He says they were called to the Marathon station in the 400 block of S. Memorial Drive around 8 p.m.
DeWall says officers searched the area last night, but they couldn't find the man.
DeWall says the man is about six-feet tall, with a medium to stocky build. He was wearing a purple or blue jacket, with a hood. |
