News » Library group kicks off 'conversations'
Apr. 20, 2012 A non-profit group kicked off a series of forums yesterday to talk about the Appleton's library, and how it fits in with the community.
The Friends of the Appleton public library held "community conversations" at East high school and Foster elementary. There are six more planned over the next several days.
Library director Colleen Rortvedt says it's good to hear different perspectives.
One of the goals of the forums is to restart talks about a new or expanded library. |
