Absentee voting is under way for the May 8 Democratic primary, in the recall election for governor.
Neenah City Clerk Patty Sturn says so far, turnout is much lower than she expected.
Sturn says the photo ID requirement isn't in effect for the recalls.
People can vote absentee at their municipal clerk's office until the Friday before an election. |
