He was on the run for two years, but a 32-year-old suspect in two Outagamie County sexual assault cases is now behind bars.
The U.S. Marshals Service says police arrested Chad Young of Black Creek in Mexico. He took off after prosecutors issued warrants on charges of first-degree sexual assault, for incidents involving two children.
The Marshals Service says Young bragged in an online chat that he was in a place where Wisconsin authorities couldn't touch him.
He's now in Texas, awaiting extradition to Wisconsin. |
