The secretary of state hopes a new mascot will help his campaign to unseat Governor Walker.
During a press conference this morning, Doug La Follette unveiled a tiny windup cow, that he named Ms. Forward. The name is based on the state's motto, and the name of a statue outside of the Capitol. |
