News » DNR wants to revise turkey management plan
May 2, 2012 The DNR is considering making changes to the state's wild turkey management plan.
The agency is holding a series of meetings, including one tomorrow, in Oshkosh.
State wildlife ecologist Scott Walter says they're dealing with the growing population. He says they're looking for feedback from hunters, landowners, and the general public.
Tomorrow night's meeting is at the Reeve Memorial Union on the UW-Oshkosh campus, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. |
