Calumet County authorities are looking  for a bank robber.
Sgt. Mark Wiegert says they were called to the Calumet County Bank a little before 2 p.m., after a man walked into the bank and demanded money. He says the suspect claimed he had a gun, and he ran away with cash.
Wiegert says the man was also wearing a hat, and he left that behind, in the parking lot. He says deputies are using a K-9 to try to track him.
Authorities put the nearby St. John-Sacred Heart school on lockdown for about 45 minutes. |
