News » Hwy. 441 interchange meeting tonight
May 10, 2012 Engineers are working on the final design on an upgrade of the interchange between Highways 41 and 441 in the town of Menasha, and tonight the DOT is giving the public a chance to see their ideas.
Scott Ebel is the project manager. He says says the six-mile project includes new on-and-off ramps, so drivers can go in all directions from Highway 41. The six-mile project also smooths the curves on Highway 441 between Midway Road and Racine Street.
Ebel says they want to finish the design work as quickly as possible, because the start date for the project is somewhat unclear, and could start as soon as 2014.
Today's meeting runs from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Butte des Morts elementary school in Menasha. |
