UW-Oshkosh is issuing its first four doctoral degrees during tomorrow's commencement.
Spokesman Alex Hummel says the Doctor of Nursing Practice students are part of the school's largest graduating class, at just under 1,500 students.
He says the program will likely take on significantly more students in the coming years.
Hummel predicts the nursing doctoral program will graduate dozens of students each year, within five years.
He says starting this fall, UW-Oshkosh will offer a three-year option for the program. |
