The design work is progressing for a project along Highway 441, and more than 150 people came to a meeting last night to see the latest plans.
DOT project manager Scott Ebel says they're expanding the interchange at Highways 41 and 441, and smoothing out two curves between Racine Street and Midway Road. They're also putting in roundabouts at some of the interchanges.
Ebel says they'll take last night's comments into consideration, while they develop the final design.
Ebel says right now, the project is scheduled to start in 2016, but it could be moved up to 2014. |
