The Plexus Corporation is planning a major expansion project in Neenah.
Chief financial officer Ginger Jones says the state of the art $50 million manufacturing facility will be on Enterprise Drive, in the city's industrial park.
Jones says the facility will replace two existing manufacturing plants in that area, and will retain 1,000 jobs. Plexus is getting $15 million worth of tax credits from the state and an incentive package from Neenah. She says that should help them create an additional 350 jobs over the next several years.
Jones says it was important for the company to stay in Neenah.
Jones says the new manufacturing facility, combined with the company's engineering center, will allow Plexus to showcase its abilities to customers. |
