A 24-year-old Reedsville man faces five felony drunk driving charges for causing an accident that sent five people to the hospital.
Court record say Daniel Voeltz was drunk when he ran a stop sign on Faro Springs Road at Highway 32-57 Sunday night.
He then T-boned a car driven by Kiel woman, and her three children were inside. They were all taken to the hospital, and a three-year-old child remains there with serious injuries.
A passenger in Voeltz's truck is also in the hospital in stable condition. |
