News » Walker leads Barrett by six in latest poll
May 16, 2012 A poll on the recall race for governor released today by the Marquette University Law School shows Governor Walker with a six point lead over Democratic challenger, Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett.
A similar poll from the school two weeks ago showed Walker leading by one point, and Marquette political science Professor Charles Franklin says the results could change again before the June 5 election.
The latest poll shows Walker with 50 percent support and Barrett with 44 percent.
It also showed Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch with a six point lead over Democratic challenger Mahlon Mitchell. |
