A political watchdog group says authorities should look into allegation of state workers doing campaign work, after the state's workforce development department released new jobs numbers yesterday, and Governor Walker had an add out, using those numbers, on the same day.
Jay Heck of Common Cause says he's not sure if there was any wrongdoing involved, but it should be checked out.
Heck says the public needs to keep a close eye on the connection between government and the campaigns in the recall election, leading up to the June 5 vote. |
