A woman from Malone in Fond du Lac County bought one of the $ 1 million winners from Wednesday's Powerball drawing.
Jeanette Sroka validated her ticket with lottery officials in Madison today, and she'll receive a lump-sum payment of over $672,000, after taxes.
Sroka bought it in Chilton, at the Kwik Trip on E. Chestnut Street.
The $1 million prize was one of three in the state from Wednesday's drawing. The same store in Milwaukee sold the other two $1 million winners, and lottery officials say no one has come forward yet. |
