Nearly a week after he won $2 million in a Powerball drawing, a Milwaukee man came forward to collect his money.
Joe White bought his ticket for last Wednesday's drawing at a business on the south side of Milwaukee, and he added the multiplier feature. That doubled the normal $1 million prize.
White is taking home more than $1.3 million, after taxes.
Jeannette Sroka of Malone also won the $1 million prize, with a ticket she bought at a Kwik Trip in Chilton. |
