Construction is progressing on a new clinic for Affinity Health, on the site of the former Glatfelter mill in downtown Neenah.
Gary Kusnierz helped lead a tour of the facility this morning, and he says they're seeking a LEED Gold certification for environmental efficiency.
Kusnierz says even though they talk a lot about the sustainability features, they ultimately designed the facility to benefit patients.
The project will cost about $9.6 million.
The work started in October of last year, and Affinity hopes to open the clinic this fall. |
