News » Candidates prepare for final debate
May 31, 2012 Tonight is the final debate before next Tuesday's recall election and a political analyst says it could have a real impact.
UW-Green Bay political science professor Michael Kraft says most voters have their minds made up between Governor Walker and Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett, but there are still a few undecided voters. He says some could be swayed one way or the other, especially if Walker has new positive economic news, or Barrett has more information on the John Doe investigation.
Kraft says recent polling numbers that put Governor Walker ahead of Barrett could also change in the remaining days.
Kraft says it will all come down to who shows up at the polls.
WHBY will post a podcast of the debate afterward. |
