A 25-year-old Hilbert man could face charges of homicide by negligent driving, for yesterday's crash with a group of motorcycles, in Fond du Lac County.
Captain Dean Will says they're waiting for test results, to see if alcohol and drugs were a factor.
Authorities say the man's car crossed the centerline of Highway 151, and he hit 10 motorcycles.
59-year-old Daniel Winsemius of Twin Lake, Michigan was pronounced dead at the scene. Three others are in critical condition at Theda Clark Medical Center, and two are at a Fond du Lac hospital.
Three more bikers were treated and released. Will says the suspect is in fair condition at Theda Clark. |
