An Appleton alderman is running for an Assembly seat, as a Democrat.
Kole Oswald submitted his nomination papers to the Government Accountability Board yesterday. He's serving his second term on the city council.
He's challenging Republican Representative Al Ott, the incumbent from Forest Junction. |
