A 25-year-old suspect in last week's fatal accident in Fond du Lac County could be in court today.
The Hilbert man is accused of hitting a group of motorcyclists on Highway 151. He was released from the hospital, and booked into the Fond du Lac County jail yesterday. He could face a charge of homicide by negligent driving, for the death of a Michigan man.
Three other bikers are in critical condition.
Capt. Dean Will of the sheriff's department says the suspect told investigators he doesn't remember anything. Authorities are waiting for the results of toxicology tests. |
