Today is the last day of school in Appleton.
Superintendent Lee Allinger says that doesn't mean students will take the next few months off.
Allinger says summer school starts on June 18, and teachers will participate in seminars before the start of the next year. He says district staffers deserve a lot of credit for their work with students.
Nearly 1,300 seniors from West, East, and North high schools graduated last night.
Today is a half-day for all students. |
